Bacca Coffee Cart

We just wrapped our first live edge coffee cart for Bacca Coffee and couldn't be happier with the way it turned out! The live edge top has 2-39.5" ash slabs that were finished with Exterior Hybrid Wood Protector Pure (clear). The metal base is 1.5" Angle Iron with inlaid Baltic Bird Plywood finished with Pistachio Rubio-Monocoat. The base folds in half to create 2 live edges on either side making it easier for transportation, storage or even a decorative kitchen island.

Hoyt Family
Dining Table & Bench

The wood grain in this dining table is memorizing! This book-matched Black Walnut dining table and coordinating bench (slightly hidden on the left) are pictured in their final home of Merion Village, Columbus, OH. This Black Walnut tree was salvaged from a home in Upper Arlington, OH. The custom steel tube bases were designed and welded by Josh Willford in the Urbn Iron shop.

Colvin Kitchen Table

Have you always wanted to build your own wood table but don't have the space or tools to do so? That's just what Tsui-Ling Colvin did. We fabricated (flatten, plane, joint, glue-up, shape) a dimensional Cherry table top, legs & skirt for Tsui-Ling and she sanded, finished & assembled her own kitchen table.  We utilized the Festool Domino and Kreg Jig to create a table base that can be easily assembled and disassembled using a standard cordless drill. This kitchen table is a beauty!

Hazelwood Kitchen Table

Tis' the season for book-matched Walnut. This book-matched Black Walnut kitchen table was recently finished for Brenda Hazelwood from Medina, Ohio. It's a high-top table 52"L x 34"W and comfortably seats 6 people. The Trestle base is part of our Artisan Collection and features wrapped metal rods for a decorative accent. Metalwork by Josh Willford.
